Follow these steps to reset your password using your email address.

  • Go to https://id.iowa.gov/

  • Select “Unlock account?”

  • Enter your email address (username).

  • Locate Email and select.

  • Click "Send me an email".

  • A notification will be sent to your primary email to let you know your request to unlock account is successful.

  • Check your primary email account for a message from Admin@ID.iowa.gov no-reply@id.iowa.gov.

  • Go to https://ID.iowa.gov to log into your account.
